Build An Ant Empire Tier List – Best Ants Ranked
This tier list is intentionally rarity-first. Current gameplay clearly shows the rarity ladder and several mutation effects, but it does not expose a clean, stable stat table for every named ant. Use the tiers below for progression decisions now; individual ant rankings should only be added after direct Index/stat captures.

A strong mutation can make a lower-rarity ant outperform an unmutated roll, so do not auto-delete by color alone.

MUTATION MATTERS
Why Rarity Is Not the Whole Ranking
Starlight changes the comparison
Current gameplay explicitly shows Starlight as a 5x mutation. A strong mutated ant can beat a higher raw rarity.
Level matters too
Ants can be leveled directly, so compare actual production before deleting an invested worker.
Speed affects real income
Jelly and Ant Speed reduce travel time. The best money ant is the one producing the most Food per unit time.
Keep a purchase reserve
High tiers can cost dramatically more Cash. Do not spend your balance to zero before rolling.
